Paleo Peach-Blueberry Cobbler
Give this tasty, light dessert a try today. The peaches and blueberries are SO good together!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup allowed milk (use non-dairy for truly paleo cobbler)
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1/2–1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Melt butter in a 9×13 pan
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Beat in honey and milk
- Pour batter into pan on top of butter
- Arrange peaches and blueberries on top
- Bake in center of oven for 25-30 minutes until edges begin to brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool several minutes before serving.
