Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Looking for a cool, fall taste? This delicious pumpkin pie smoothie is perfect!
Ingredients

- 1 banana, cut in chunks and frozen
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (make sure it’s not pumpkin pie mix!)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- Whipped topping
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except whipped topping into a blender cup (here’s the handy-dandy Bella Rocket blender I’m using in the video).
- Blend until smooth
- Serve topped with whipped topping of choice.
- Enjoy!
