Easy Paleo Eggnog
Do you love eggnog? This easy paleo recipe is delicious and much better for you than traditional eggnog recipes.
Ingredients

- 4 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup coconut cream (use the top of a can of coconut milk)
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 4 egg whites
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks until fluffy and light yellow
- Add honey and continue beating until well mixed
- Stir in almond milk, coconut cream, nutmeg, and cinnamon
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form
- Whisk into milk mixture
- Chill and serve
- Enjoy!
